We provide capital or quasi-capital investment in minority or majority capital restructurings, management buyouts or transactions to finance acquisitions.

Targeting a small number of investments (between 10 and 12 investments), we work closely alongside management and help them in particular with:

  • Gaining an objective view of their strategy
  • Identifying, negotiating and carrying out acquisitions
  • Help with recruitment and incentive schemes for key managers
  • Sharing of best practices particularly in terms of business performance and digital transformation

The companies in our portfolio benefit from the Turenne Group’s network and regional offices, as well as the high level of responsiveness of the Emergence team and its quick decision-making process.

Investment criteria:

  • Generalist strategy with a particular focus on B2B services, digital and education/training
  • Fast-growing company (more than 10% growth a year) with a proven rate of return
  • Ticket size of €3m to €10m, and above as joint investment projects
  • Company generating revenues of €5m to €50m
  • Enterprise value of up to €100m
