Created in 2012, Turenne’s team dedicated to hospitality Turenne Hôtellerie, invests in companies owning business assets and generally the associated freeholds. Our hotels, with capacity of 30 to 200 rooms, are located in major French cities. We offer our investors the opportunity to play a role in the development of these companies with a liquidity horizon of six to nine years. Whether our investments are majority or minority stakes, our Turenne Hôtellerie team is closely involved in the operational monitoring of its investments with hotel managers.
