OUR VALUES

Entrepreneurial spirit, local presence, ethics, risk assessment, independence.

Creating and developing a business means seeking out professional shareholders who will contribute capital and added value to the project. It is on this human adventure that the relationship between entrepreneurs and the Turenne Group’s investment teams is based on an almost daily basis.

Christophe Deldycke, Chairman of the Executive Board, Turenne Group

A committed, bold player with close ties to the entrepreneurs it supports, Turenne Groupe is built above all on respect for these shared, unifying values, which every employee embodies in their work.

PROXIMITY

Our close ties with the entrepreneurs we support are what make our model unique.

Geographical proximity
With our eight regional offices, our proximity to the entrepreneurs we support is what makes our model unique.
Cultural proximity
Our DNA is to be, above all, entrepreneurs who speak to entrepreneurs, which makes our relationship unique.

BOLDNESS

Our boldness is the foundation of our group’s successful development.
Over the years, we have seized opportunities as they have arisen, from the creation of tax funds to the successful institutional shift in 2010 and the successive opening of our various regional offices, thanks not only to winning bids but above all to the development of long-term partnerships based on trust. We have integrated new expertise and new teams, while remaining an independent player.

We support and encourage initiative and innovation on a daily basis: each employee is above all an entrepreneur working for collective growth.

COMMITMENT

For more than 25 years, we have been committed to supporting entrepreneurs in long-term relationships based on trust.

Every day, we create value and generate growth in line with financial, environmental, social, and governance objectives, established in consultation and cooperation with our managers.

In accordance with current legislation, we publish our gender equality index. This index, scored out of 100 points, reflects our commitment to equal pay and career advancement.

For 2024, our index is 85 points. The indicators are as follows:

  • Pay gap: 25/40
  • Individual pay increase gap: 35/35
  • Percentage of female employees receiving a pay increase after maternity leave: 15/15
  • Gender parity among the ten highest paid employees: 10/10
