Turenne Groupe has been operating in the South Region since 2001, with two offices in Marseille and Nice.

As an investor in innovation capital and development & transfer capital, we have been supporting numerous regional companies in the area for over 20 years.

For 10 years, we have notably held an advisory mandate for the public co-investment fund Région Sud Investissement and have carried out more than 100 growth capital transactions in the region.

In 2022, CONNECT PRO joined Turenne Groupe.

FROM INNOVATION CAPITAL TO TRANSFER CAPITAL 

Our teams in Marseille and Nice invest in innovation, development, and transfer capital in companies in the region.

We invest as minority and majority shareholders with investment tickets ranging from €1 million to €20 million, using the group’s sector funds. Our types of transactions are as follows:

• Innovation capital: 
  Financing for innovative start-ups and SMEs in the region with strong growth potential.
• Development capital:
  Financing for the development of companies that have already reached a certain stage of maturity (particularly through internal growth and company acquisitions)
• Transfer/Reconfiguration of capital: 
  Buying out selling shareholders, asset diversification transactions for managers
• Mixed development and capital reconfiguration transactions

CONNECT PRO

In 2022, Turenne Groupe joined forces with Connect Pro, a key player in investment alongside SMEs in the South Region since 2007, with 37 operations carried out to date.

For 14 years, Connect Pro has developed its original specialist model to address the issue of SME transfers: support for buyers, preparation for sale, etc.

The teams offer genuine financial and operational support on structuring issues (organization, processes, etc.) and development strategy (organic and external growth).
